You discussed quite a number of things, EE's lack of Rake:Migration (comparing it to Rails) - what would have been good is if you'd have spent a little more time going into some of the technical detail of this. You came across as a very knowledgeable speaker (at least to me), however without the focus to discuss each subject matter in more depth, you came across as more of a 'fan-boy'.
